Information we receive

If you buy a recording or contact us about membership, we receive the information needed to fulfil your order, normally your name, email address, chosen product and correspondence. Wise processes payment information under its own privacy terms; we do not ask you to email card or bank credentials.

How we use it

We use this information to answer your request, issue a Wise payment request, confirm payment, supply the recording or membership access, maintain transaction records and respond to support or legal enquiries.

Retention and sharing

We retain order and accounting records only as long as required for fulfilment, tax, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the service, including Wise and our email, hosting and content-delivery providers.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. You may stop a manually renewed membership before the next payment request.

Cookies and age confirmation

The site stores a session-only confirmation that you are 18 or over. We do not currently use non-essential advertising cookies on this site.
